A public and private partnership
Regis Park was designed in conjunction with Texas Tech University and the City of Lubbock. This public/private partnership flourished out of a need for low income housing in the community. Under the leadership of Dominion Real Estate Partners’ Managing Partner, Robert Dwyer and David Driskill, Associate Professor and Director of the Urban Tech Design Center at Texas Tech University, this distinctive master plan was created.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2021. Parcels are for sale now.
